The CBF250 arrived in 2004 as a light, simple learner and commuter bike, using an air-cooled four-valve DOHC single with a carburettor and six-speed box. It has a 37 mm fork, monoshock rear, cast wheels, a drilled 276 mm front disc and a rear drum. Low seat, light weight and frugal running made it popular with new riders and riding schools.
